Ram Ram India specializes in tailor-made journeys across India, Nepal and Sri Lanka. Our services include customized itineraries, accommodation arrangements, transportation, guided experiences and travel planning assistance.
Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed once:
- The itinerary has been agreed upon.
- The required deposit has been received.
- A written confirmation has been issued by Ram Ram India.
Payments
A deposit may be required to secure hotels, transportation and other travel services.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
Payments may be made via approved payment methods communicated by Ram Ram India.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on:
- The date of cancellation.
- Hotel policies.
- Transportation providers.
- Third-party service providers.
Certain services may be non-refundable once confirmed.
Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting unrecoverable costs incurred on behalf of the traveller.
Changes To Your Booking
If you wish to modify your itinerary after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Hotel changes
- Transport changes
- Additional services
- Last-minute amendments
Changes remain subject to availability.
Travel Documents
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they possess:
- Valid passports
- Required visas
- Travel permits
- Vaccination certificates where applicable
Ram Ram India cannot be held responsible for denied entry due to incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
Insurance should cover:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellation
- Travel delays
- Lost baggage
- Personal liability
Health & Fitness
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to undertake their chosen itinerary.
Any medical conditions, dietary requirements or special needs should be disclosed before booking so appropriate arrangements can be considered.
Liability
Ram Ram India acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers including hotels, transport companies, guides and activity operators.
While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held responsible for:
- Delays
- Cancellations
- Accidents
- Injuries
- Loss of personal belongings
- Events beyond our control
Our liability shall be limited to the value of the services booked through us.
Force Majeure
Ram Ram India shall not be liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Political unrest
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- Airline disruptions
- Strikes
In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements where possible.
